Dhaka, Sep 01 (V7N)- The Meteorological Department has forecast gusty winds of 45 to 60 kilometers per hour in six districts of the country, accompanied by rain or thundershowers.
The forecast was issued for the country's inland river ports from 5am to 1pm on Tuesday.
According to the forecast, temporary gusty or stormy winds from the south or southeast, with speeds of 45 to 60 kilometers per hour, may sweep across Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Chittagong and Cox's Bazar during the period.
Rain or thundershowers are also likely in these areas.
In view of the weather conditions, river ports in the affected areas have been advised to display warning signal number 1.
