Dhaka, Nov 7 (V7N)- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman paid tribute to former President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia on Saturday, marking National Revolution and Solidarity Day, and prayed for the eternal peace of their souls.
At around 8:30 am, the Prime Minister visited their graves at Zia Udyan in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, where he laid wreaths alongside BNP central leaders. He later took part in the recitation of Fateha and special prayers.
Senior BNP leaders and activists from the party's various associate and affiliated organisations were also present.
