Dhaka, Sep 18 (V7N) – The capital is set to host several political and religious programs today, Thursday (September 18). Commuters are advised to take note of the following events:

  • Islami Andolan Bangladesh: A protest procession will be held at Baitul Mukarram North Gate after Zohar prayers, led by the party’s senior Nayeb Ameer Mufti Syed Faizul Karim.

  • Khilafat Majlis: The party will hold a rally at 3 pm in front of the National Press Club, with Secretary General Dr. Ahmed Abdul Quader attending as the chief guest.

  • Jamaat-e-Islami: Central and metropolitan leaders will join a protest program at 4:30 pm at the south gate of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque.

  • Religious Program: Religious Affairs Advisor Dr. AFM Khalid Hossain will participate in a Waz Mahfil at 6:30 pm, organized by the Islamic Foundation at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, marking the occasion of Eid-e-Miladunnabi (PBUH).
