Dhaka, Feb 04 (V7N) — Dr. Zubaida Rahman, wife of BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman, said on Wednesday that the party’s politics is based on careful planning and prioritizing the people over power. She made the remarks at a view-sharing meeting organized by professionals in Hatirjheel.

Dr. Zubaida said,

“We have many problems, and they can be solved through careful planning. Now is the new dawn of our glory. We say, ‘We before me, the country before us, the people before power, Bangladesh before everyone.’”

She emphasized equality and fairness, stating,

“Equal opportunities for everyone. We want to give everyone the dignity of labor, evaluate merit, and provide merit-based jobs. Rights before exploitation. We aim to create a society and a country where the people come before the leader. For that, everyone has to work together.”
