Dhaka, Aug 22 (V7N) – The National Citizens Party (NCP) submitted its feedback on the draft of the ‘July National Charter-2025’ to the National Consensus Commission on Friday evening.

Earlier, the commission had extended the deadline for political parties to provide their opinions on the draft following requests from several parties. BNP submitted its views last Wednesday, alongside five other parties.

On Thursday, Jamaat-e-Islami also submitted its feedback. Yesterday, eleven additional parties, including JSD, Khilafat Majlis, and Marxist Basad, shared their views on the final draft of the charter.

The National Consensus Commission had circulated the final draft of the charter to political parties last Saturday, initially requesting responses by August 20.

The charter aims to outline reforms and build consensus on national governance, with input from a wide range of political stakeholders.
