Dhaka, Sep 12 (V7N)- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has called on entrepreneurs, business leaders and people from all sectors to cooperate with the government in achieving national development goals and building a prosperous Bangladesh.
He made the call on Saturday morning (September 12) while inaugurating the three-day Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026 at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre in the capital’s Bijoy Sarani area.
The Prime Minister said the government would take every possible initiative to achieve its desired goals and advance the country’s development. He urged entrepreneurs and representatives of the business community to join the nation-building process.
Tarique Rahman also emphasized the need to transform innovations developed in laboratories into commercially viable products and connect them directly with markets.
More than 100 innovators and startup founders are participating in the fair, showcasing over 1,000 innovations.
The three-day event aims to create stronger links between innovation and policy support, industry, investment and market opportunities.
During his visit to the fair, the Prime Minister toured various stalls and observed several innovative projects and presentations. He expressed appreciation for the initiatives and innovations showcased by the participants.
