Dhaka, Feb 16 (V7N) — The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will form the government after winning 209 seats in the 13th National Parliament. The oath-taking ceremony of newly elected MPs is scheduled for tomorrow morning (Tuesday, February 17), followed by the cabinet swearing-in in the afternoon at the National Parliament Bhaban.
In view of expected large crowds and VVIP movements, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has issued special traffic instructions. Traffic will be restricted from 8 AM to 7 PM on Tuesday along Manik Mia Avenue and Lake Road, and residents are advised to use alternative routes.

Elevated Expressway Guidance
Drivers are advised to use the FDC (Hatirjheel) ramp instead of the Farmgate exit ramp to prevent congestion.
The DMP has urged all drivers to avoid Manik Mia Avenue and Lake Road and follow the above instructions from 8 AM to 7 PM to ensure smooth movement during the swearing-in ceremony.
