Dhaka, Oct 05 (V7N) – BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has criticized the fallen government, stating that despite claims of development, the education sector was neglected. He added that over the last 15–16 years, educational institutions have suffered due to chaos created in the name of student politics.

Rizvi made these remarks at a program organized by the BNP family at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan.

He emphasized that if a proper system had been established—where teachers receive extensive training—they could have inspired students to pursue knowledge in science and literature. “In the past, training opportunities were not provided; everything was only showmanship,” he said.

The BNP leader added, “We have come through a difficult situation. Now, we must fulfill that dream. If the vision of those who built the racing car comes to fruition, this country will prosper.”

During the event, BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman assisted students from the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) who had built a racing car. The students presented details of their project and shared their future plans. Later, the guests presented mementos to the students in recognition of their achievement.
