Dhaka, Aug 10 (V7N)- The overall pass rate in this year's 2026 SSC and equivalent examinations is 62.25 percent, with a total of 116,676 students achieving GPA-5.

Among the nine general education boards, Dhaka Education Board has recorded the highest pass rate, with 71.63 percent of candidates passing. A total of 33,253 students under the board achieved GPA-5.

The board-wise results are as follows:

  • Dhaka: Pass rate 71.63%; GPA-5 — 33,253

  • Rajshahi: Pass rate 63.67%; GPA-5 — 16,113

  • Cumilla: Pass rate 65.42%; GPA-5 — 9,814

  • Chattogram: Pass rate 59.48%; GPA-5 — 9,398

  • Jashore: Pass rate 66.27%; GPA-5 — 11,478

  • Sylhet: Pass rate 58.33%; GPA-5 — 3,836

  • Barishal: Pass rate 60.35%; GPA-5 — 2,778

  • Mymensingh: Pass rate 57.39%; GPA-5 — 5,700

  • Dinajpur: Pass rate 58.05%; GPA-5 — 13,639

Among the nine boards, Mymensingh recorded the lowest pass rate at 57.39 percent, followed by Sylhet at 58.33 percent and Dinajpur at 58.05 percent.

The 2026 SSC and equivalent examination results were published simultaneously across the country at 10 am on Monday (August 10).
