Dhaka, Aug 10 (V7N)- The results of the 2026 SSC and equivalent examinations have been published. The results of all education boards across the country were released simultaneously at 10am today, Monday.

The overall pass rate this year is 62.25 percent, while 1,16,676 students achieved GPA-5.

Education Minister Dr. ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon officially inaugurated the results at a ceremony organized by the Ministry of Education.

Candidates can check their results through the websites of the respective education boards, SMS and their educational institutions.

The results are available on the central websites eduboardresults.gov.bd and educationboardresults.gov.bd.

To check SSC results via SMS, candidates should type SSC, followed by a space, the first three letters of their board, roll number and examination year, and send the message to 16140.

For example: SSC DHA 123456 2026.

Results can also be obtained by sending an SMS to 16222.

Dakhil candidates under the Madrasa Education Board should type Dakhil MAD 123456 2026 and send it to 16222. Candidates under the Technical Education Board should type SSC TEC 123456 2026 and send it to the same number.

Candidates can also collect their results from their respective educational institutions. To obtain institution-wise results, institutions need to visit the results section of the relevant education board website and enter their EIIN number.

The 2026 SSC and equivalent examinations began on April 21. The written examinations under the nine general education boards ended on May 20, while the written examinations for Dakhil and SSC (Vocational) ended on May 24.

More than 18.57 lakh students registered to participate in this year's SSC and equivalent examinations. Of them, 14,18,398 students took part in the SSC examinations under the nine general education boards.
