Dhaka, Jan 11 (V7N) — The Meteorological Department has forecast a slight decrease in daytime temperature in Dhaka and surrounding areas, according to its weather outlook for the next six hours starting from 7:00 am on Sunday.

The forecast says the sky over the capital and adjacent areas will remain partly cloudy, while the weather is expected to stay dry. North or northwesterly winds may blow at speeds of 5 to 10 kilometers per hour.

According to the Met Office, the daytime temperature may fall slightly. At 6:00 am, the temperature in Dhaka was recorded at 15.3 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature stood at 15.1 degrees Celsius.

The department also said there is no possibility of rainfall, noting that no rain was recorded in Dhaka over the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, sunset today will be at 5:30 pm, and sunrise tomorrow is expected at 6:44 am, the forecast added.
