Dhaka, Jun 09 (V7N) — The National Zoo in Mirpur has seen a massive influx of visitors as families and groups from Dhaka city and beyond flock to celebrate Eid together. Many have traveled by bus to share the festive joy with their loved ones.

On Monday morning, long queues formed well before the zoo gates opened, and the crowd continued to swell throughout the day. Zoo authorities expect the high turnout to continue over the next several days.

As one of Dhaka’s popular recreational spots, the National Zoo offers a refreshing escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Visitors expressed happiness and satisfaction as they enjoyed the festive atmosphere and leisure time with family and friends.

However, some attendees also reported discomfort due to the rising heat, which has been affecting the capital recently.
