Chandpur, July 23 (V7N) – The National Citizens Party (NCP) resumed its July march on Wednesday (July 23) following a period of state mourning for the victims of the tragic plane crash at Milestone School and College in Dhaka.
Central leaders of the party began the day by paying a courtesy visit to the families of the martyrs at the Chandpur Circuit House. Afterwards, a mourning procession was organized to honor those lost in the Milestone tragedy. The march started in front of the Water Development Board and proceeded to the bus stand, where party leaders addressed a road meeting.
Following the events in Chandpur, the NCP leaders inaugurated the Shaheed Azad Chattar in Hajiganj. The march then continued to Doabhanga in Shahrasti.
After completing the program in Chandpur, the July march convoy departed for Comilla, where the party’s central leaders are scheduled to participate in a series of events.
