Tehran, June 26 (V7N) – The Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), General Mohammad Pakpour, has issued a stern warning to Iran's adversaries, declaring that any misstep would be met with a powerful response from Tehran.

Speaking on Wednesday (June 25), General Pakpour stated, “If the enemy makes any mistake, Tehran will give a firm and befitting response. All our fighters are always ready.”

Reiterating Iran’s readiness, he added, “Our fighters have their fingers on the trigger. If the enemy makes a mistake, they will face a strong and immediate retaliation—just like they have during the past 12 days. We do not hesitate for a moment when it comes to defending our country.”

The remarks come in the backdrop of recent heightened tensions in the Middle East, particularly following a 12-day military confrontation involving Iran, Israel, and U.S. forces. A ceasefire has since been announced by U.S. President Donald Trump, though its long-term viability remains uncertain.

General Pakpour's statement signals Iran’s continued readiness amid growing regional instability and underscores the IRGC's role as the frontline of Iran’s military defense strategy.
