Rangamati, Oct 27 (V7N) — The 47th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal was celebrated in Rangamati on Monday with a colorful rally and discussion program, organized by the district Jubo Dal.

The rally began at 11:00 a.m. from the Rangamati Municipality Square and passed through major city streets, including Kathaltoli and Bonrupa, before concluding in front of the district BNP office. A brief assembly followed at the same location.

The event was presided over by Acting President of the District Jubo Dal, Nur Nabi, while General Secretary Abu Sadat Md. Sayem and Senior Joint General Secretary Nazim Uddin co-moderated the program.

District BNP General Secretary Mamunur Rashid Mamun attended as the chief guest. Other speakers included District BNP Vice President Saiful Islam Ponir, Organizational Secretary Saiful Islam Shakil, District Jubo Dal Organizational Secretary Md. Yousuf, Rangamati Municipal BNP President Shafiul Azam, Municipal Jubo Dal Convener Sirajul Mostafa, and Sadar Thana Jubo Dal Convener Md. Anwar.

Speakers highlighted the ideals of the late President Ziaur Rahman and the founding objectives of Jubo Dal, emphasizing the youth organization’s vital role in shaping the nation’s future. They urged all leaders and activists to maintain party unity, resolve misunderstandings, and work together cohesively in preparation for the upcoming national elections.

The program saw massive participation from members of the district Jubo Dal and its affiliated and cooperative organizations, bringing energy and vibrancy to the event.
