Additionally, two candidates have been placed on the waiting list.
The final selection was announced on Sunday, August 31, under the supervision of Rangamati Superintendent of Police and Chairman of the TRC Recruitment Board, Dr. S. M. Farhad Hossain. The announcement followed the completion of psychological and oral interviews, conducted at the Police Lines, after candidates passed the written exam.

After completing the final phases — including viva and psychological assessments — 8 candidates were declared successful and 2 were placed on a waiting list.
The Rangamati SP congratulated the selected candidates with floral greetings and praised their dedication. “This recruitment was conducted through a highly competitive, influence-free, and fully transparent process. Only those with genuine merit and qualifications were chosen. I believe these candidates will uphold the reputation of the Bangladesh Police through their integrity, patriotism, and commitment to duty,” he said.
