Dhaka, Oct 16 (V7N)- A cocktail exploded on the road in front of the National Citizens Party (NCP) central office in Bangla Motor in the capital early Thursday after unidentified individuals riding motorcycles allegedly hurled three explosives at the site.
According to a press release issued by the NCP, the incident occurred at around 12:30 am on Thursday, October 15.
The attackers reportedly threw three cocktails in front of the party office. One exploded, while the other two remained unexploded.
Police officials later arrived at the scene and defused the two unexploded cocktails.
The NCP disclosed the incident in its press release. Further details about the perpetrators and their motive were not immediately available.
