Dhaka, Mar 21 (V7N) – Jamaat Ameer and Opposition Leader Dr. Shafiqur Rahman offered Eid-ul-Fitr prayers in his constituency Dhaka-15 on Saturday morning.
He joined the Eid congregation at 8:00 am at the Manipur School and College ground adjacent to Mirpur 60 Feet, along with local residents and supporters.
Following the prayers, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman called on the people to work together in building a new Bangladesh by setting aside hatred and division. He emphasized the importance of unity, urging citizens to contribute from their respective positions toward the country’s development.
The Jamaat Ameer also highlighted the spiritual significance of Eid, stating that individuals must strive to build their lives for both this world and the hereafter to attain the satisfaction of Almighty Allah.
