Dhaka, Mar 13 (V7N) — Shafiqur Rahman, Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, visited senior Bangladesh Nationalist Party leader Mirza Abbas, who is currently undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital Dhaka in the capital.

On Thursday night (March 12), Dr. Rahman went to the hospital to inquire about the health condition of the veteran politician.

During the visit, he spoke with Mirza Abbas’s wife and learned in detail about his physical condition and ongoing medical treatment. The Jamaat Amir also prayed to Almighty Allah for the speedy recovery and well-being of the ailing BNP leader.

Dr. Rahman was accompanied by SM Khaliduzzaman, President of the Medical Thana Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan North of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.

Mirza Abbas, a senior BNP leader and former minister, has been receiving treatment at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.
