Dhaka, Feb 09 (V7N)- The Election Commission (EC) has announced that all election campaigns for the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election and Referendum will conclude at 7:30 am on Tuesday, February 10, ahead of voting on February 12.

According to a notification signed by Senior Assistant Secretary Md. Shahidul Islam, the EC has imposed restrictions on presence in constituencies to ensure a neutral, influence-free, and peaceful voting environment.

No outsider will be allowed to remain in a constituency from 7:30 am on February 10 until 4:30 pm on February 13, except for authorized election personnel and local residents or voters. The authorities have been instructed to take necessary measures to enforce the restrictions.

The EC emphasized that these steps are being taken to facilitate a fair and orderly election and referendum process.
