Dhaka, Feb 07 (V7N)- BNP ChairmanTarique Rahman will attend a total of 14 public meetings across the capital over the next two days, Sunday and Monday (February 8 and 9), ahead of the 13th National Parliament Election.

Mahdi Amin, spokesperson of the BNP election management committee and advisor to Tarique Rahman, provided this information at a press conference in Gulshan on Saturday afternoon (February 7).

On Sunday (February 8), Tarique Rahman will address six public meetings in Dhaka Metropolitan North:

  • 2:00 pm – ECB premises, Dhaka-17 constituency

  • 2:40 pm – Red Field, Pallabi Ward No. 2, Dhaka-16

  • 3:30 pm – Senpara Adarsh Government High School, Mirpur-10 Golchattar, Dhaka-15

  • 4:20 pm – National Bangla High School gate, Dhaka-14

  • 5:10 pm – Shyamoli Club Ground, west of Shyamoli Cinema Hall, Dhaka-13

  • 6:00 pm – Sun Valley Ground, Badda Satarkul, Dhaka-11

On Monday (February 9), he will participate in eight public meetings in Dhaka Metropolitan South:

  • 11:00 am – Playground of Banani Kamal Ataturk Avenue, Dhaka-17

  • 12:00 pm – Kalabagan Krira Chakra Ground, Dhaka-10

  • 1:00 pm – Pirjangi Mazar Road, Dhaka-8

  • 2:00 pm – Manda Tarun Sangha Ground, Dhaka-9

  • 3:00 pm – Jatrabari Shaheed Faruk Road, Dhaka-5

  • 4:00 pm – Jurain-Shyamganj Road, Dhaka-4

  • 5:00 pm – Dhupkhola Ground, Dhaka-6

  • 6:00 pm – Lalbagh Balur Ground, Dhaka-7

Mahdi Amin said that these meetings aim to engage with the people directly and present the party’s plans and programs for development and governance.
