Dhaka, Jul 12 (V7N) — The results of the 2025 Primary Scholarship Examination will be officially published today.
A press conference has been scheduled at 12:00 p.m. at the International Mother Language Institute in Segunbagicha, Dhaka, to announce the results.
Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister Dr. ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon and State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Bobby Hajjaj are expected to attend the event.
According to the Ministry of Education, detailed information regarding the examination results will be presented during the press conference. Following the official announcement, students and guardians will be able to access the results through the Department of Primary Education's designated platforms.
Students will be able to check their results online, via SMS, and through the official website of the Department of Primary Education.
To obtain the result by SMS, candidates should type DPE, leave a space, enter their roll number, and send the message to 16222 from any mobile operator, including Teletalk, Grameenphone, Robi, Airtel, or Banglalink. For example, a student with roll number 123456 should send: DPE 123456 to 16222. A return SMS will provide the student's result.
Students can also view their detailed results and marks by visiting the Department of Primary Education's IPEMIS portal. After selecting the "Primary Scholarship Exam" option, they need to enter their roll number, district and upazila information before clicking the "Submit" or "View Results" button.
The scholarship results were originally scheduled to be released last Thursday. However, confusion arose after an official prematurely uploaded part of the results to the website before the scheduled publication time. The official was subsequently dismissed on Friday for releasing the results without authorization.
The 2025 Primary Scholarship Examination began on April 15 in 61 districts with the Bangla examination and concluded on April 18 with the Bangladesh and Global Studies and Primary Science examinations. In the three hill districts of Rangamati, Bandarban and Khagrachhari, the examinations were held separately from April 17 to April 20.
