PABNA, Feb 16 (V7N) - The election for the executive council of the Pabna District Bar Association is set to be held tomorrow, with 39 candidates contesting across three panels.

The three panels in the fray are the Nationalist Lawyers' Unity Council led by Alhaj Mirza Azizur Rahman and Malay Kumar Das Roy, the Nationalist Lawyers' Unity Council led by Khandaker Maksudur Rahman Masud and Mahbubul Alam Kazi Alam, and the All-Party Lawyers' Unity Council led by Abdul Hamid and Sultan Mahmud Khan Ehiya.

Voting will run from 10 am to 4 pm, with 420 association members eligible to cast their ballots. Senior lawyer Abdur Rahim will serve as the Chief Election Commissioner, supported by three other lawyers.

The members are anticipating a smooth and peaceful election, reflecting the long-standing traditions of the Pabna District Bar Association.
