Dhaka, Jan 21 (V7N) — US Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent Christensen met with Chief Justice Zubair Rahman Chowdhury on Wednesday (January 21) to discuss the development of the judiciary and potential areas of cooperation between the two countries.

The US Embassy in Dhaka announced the meeting through a social media post, stating that Ambassador Christensen was honored to meet with the Chief Justice and emphasized strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in the area of security.

Earlier, on January 15, Ambassador Christensen had formally presented his credentials to President Md. Shahabuddin.
