Moscow, Aug 10 (V7N)- At least six people have been killed and 25 others, including two children, injured in a Ukrainian drone strike in Russia’s Belgorod region.
The attack took place on Sunday, according to local authorities.
The local mayor said at least two apartment buildings caught fire following the drone strike. Firefighters later brought the blaze under control.
Several other residential and commercial buildings were also damaged in the attack, authorities said.
Ukraine has not commented on the allegations that its forces carried out drone strikes targeting civilians.
Meanwhile, Russian authorities reported damage to several buildings in other parts of the country following Ukrainian drone attacks on Sunday.
