Abu Dhabi, Jul 21 (V7N) – The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strongly condemned Iran's latest missile and drone attacks targeting Bahrain and Kuwait, describing the strikes as a serious threat to regional security and stability.
In a statement issued on Monday (July 20), the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced what it called Iran's "repeated hostile attacks" against the two Gulf nations.
The ministry said the attacks represent a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the affected countries and pose a significant threat to regional peace, security, and stability.
Reaffirming its support for its Gulf neighbors, the UAE expressed "full solidarity" with Bahrain and Kuwait and stressed its commitment to backing all measures taken by the two countries to safeguard their security and protect their people.
The statement also underscored the importance of respecting national sovereignty and avoiding actions that could further escalate tensions in the Middle East.
The latest condemnation comes amid heightened regional tensions following a renewed wave of Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting Gulf states.
