LONDON, July 13, (V7N) – India thrashed England by 270 runs to claim victory in the inaugural women's Test match at Lord's on Monday.
Chasing a record-breaking target of 457 for victory, England were bowled out for 186 shortly before lunch on the final day. Off-spinner Sneh Rana (4-42) sealed the historic win by dismissing Sophie Ecclestone (50), wrapping up a dominant performance by the visitors.
