DHAKA, March 29 (V7N) — Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Aminul Islam Bulbul visited the Sher‑e‑Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Sunday to oversee the national team’s preparations for the upcoming home series against New Zealand.

The New Zealand squad is scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on April 13 to play three ODIs and three T20s.

Bulbul, who had been in Australia since February 16 to spend time with his family and celebrate Eid, returned to Dhaka early Sunday morning. At the stadium, he joined board directors at the national team’s fitness camp, closely observing training sessions and holding discussions with head coach Phil Simmons and players.

The Bangladesh squad is currently engaged in intensive fitness training, which will later transition into a skill‑based camp ahead of the series.
