DHAKA, Feb 19, (VYN) - Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Niaz Ahmed Khan today paid a courtesy call on newly appointed Education Minister Dr A N M Ehsanul Haque Milon at the Secretariat.

During the meeting, the VC congratulated the minister and conveyed his best wishes, while inviting him to visit Dhaka University. He also handed over a booklet highlighting DU’s academic and research activities, along with recent initiatives for student welfare, according to a press release.

The VC will soon brief the minister in detail on academic and research affairs, campus security and stability, and overall university matters through a comprehensive meeting.

Education Minister Milon assured full cooperation for the development of education and research at the university.
