Dhaka, Nov 06 (V7N)- A licensed firearm belonging to ex-home minister Asaduzzaman Khan was found abandoned and recovered in Dhaka's Mirpur area, according to Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).

The firearm was retrieved by a team from the Tejgaon police station on Wednesday, as confirmed by DMP Deputy Commissioner Talebur Rahman.

Asaduzzaman Khan is reportedly wanted in several cases, including the high-profile murder case of journalist ATM Turab.
