Speedy Project Execution: The minister emphasized that project delays undermine national progress, urging officials to eliminate red tape and meet strict project deadlines responsibly.

Accountability of Project Directors: Project directors presented individual progress reports and implementation timelines. The minister warned against any fiscal complacency or slow pacing as the fiscal year nears its closing cycle.

Citizen-Centric Tech Services: All current and future digital initiatives must prioritize inclusivity, making it easier for rural and marginalized communities to access government services via mobile and web channels.

Meeting Chair and Attendance: The RADP review session was chaired by ICT Division Secretary Qazi Anwar Hossain. The assembly brought together senior ministry officials, statutory agency representatives, and core technical directors to map out immediate action items for the upcoming quarter.
