DHAKA, March 13, (V7N) – Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will inaugurate a landmark programme tomorrow aimed at providing monthly honorariums to religious leaders of different faiths across Bangladesh.  

The ceremony is scheduled for 10:00 am at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in Dhaka, according to an official release from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.  

Under the initiative,Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will inaugurate a landmark programme tomorrow aimed at providing monthly honorariums to religious leaders of different faiths across Banglades monthly honorariums will be extended to imams, muezzins and khadems of mosques; priests and sebaits of temples; principals and vice-principals of Buddhist monasteries; and priests and assistant priests of churches.  

The Prime Minister will formally launch the programme at the event, which is expected to benefit thousands of religious leaders nationwide and strengthen the government’s commitment to supporting spiritual and community leadership.
