DHAKA, Feb 17, (V7N) – Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has announced a revised metro rail schedule for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.According to the new timetable, metro rail services will start at 6:30 am from Uttara Uttar Station from the first day of Ramadan until the day before Eid-ul-Fitr.

A notification signed by Director A K M Khairul Alam stated that passengers will be allowed to carry a maximum of 250 ml of water for iftar during this period.Under the revised schedule, the first train from Uttara Uttar to Motijheel will depart at 6:30 am, with the last train leaving at 9:30 pm. From Motijheel, the first train will start at 7:15 am and the last at 10:10 pm.The schedule for Fridays, Saturdays, and other public holidays will remain unchange.
