Dhaka, Oct 10 (V7N) – Producer Shakib Fahad has confirmed that small screen actress Tanjin Tisha will make her big screen debut in the upcoming patriotic movie ‘Soldier’, starring Shakib Khan. Actress Jannatul Ferdous Oishee will also star alongside them.

The shooting of Soldier began in Dhaka on October 5, and the producer announced the casting from the set. “The actors have been selected according to the story of the movie. Tanjin Tisha will be seen alongside Shakib Khan, and this is her first film. We are very excited, and audiences across the country are eager to see her on the big screen. Jannatul Ferdous Oishee is also part of the project, and we hope viewers will not be disappointed,” said Shakib Fahad.

The film is being produced by Sun Music and Motion Pictures Limited. Veteran actors Tariq Anam Khan and Tauqir Ahmed are playing supporting roles. If all goes as planned, the movie is expected to be released in theaters later this year.

Rumors about Tanjin Tisha joining Soldier have been circulating for the past month, and earlier reports about her debut with Shakib Khan proved to be inaccurate. Last July, Indian media had also linked her to a Tollywood project titled Bhalobasar Morshum alongside Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi, but the project has not progressed, reportedly due to visa complications.

Meanwhile, Jannatul Ferdous Oishee was last seen in Abu Tauhid Hiran’s movie Adam, opposite Yash Rohan, which is set for release in 2023. She was also reported to be joining Asif Islam’s Yatri, but no updates have followed.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the first look of Tisha and Oishee in ‘Soldier’, which is expected to be released soon.
