Dhaka, Jan 02 (V7N) – The US dollar remained stable during the past week, while other foreign currencies experienced slight fluctuations, according to NCC Bank.

The dollar was traded consistently at 122.70 taka throughout the week. The British pound saw a high of 167.41 taka on Monday and a low of 166.99 taka on Thursday. The euro ranged between 145.91 taka on Sunday and 145.58 taka on Thursday.

The Australian dollar traded between 81.90 taka and 82.54 taka, while the Malaysian ringgit remained within the 30-taka range. The Singapore dollar saw little change, fluctuating between 95.93 taka and 96.09 taka.

There was no change in the Saudi riyal, which remained at 32.72 taka. The Canadian dollar traded between 89.41 taka and 89.83 taka, while the Indian rupee reached a maximum of 1.37 taka.
