Beijing, May 06 (V7N) — Foreign Minister of Bangladesh Dr. Khalilur Rahman held a meeting with Wang Huning, Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Beijing on Wednesday (May 6).

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to the Bangladesh–China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and agreed to further deepen cooperation in key areas including trade, investment, connectivity, and development.

Senior Bangladeshi officials including Foreign Affairs Advisor Humayun Kabir and Ambassador to China Md. Nazmul Islam were also present.

Both countries emphasized expanding bilateral engagement and strengthening long-term development collaboration.
