Dhaka, Apr 08 (V7N) – Bangladesh has welcomed the temporary ceasefire in the ongoing conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran, according to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday.

Bangladesh described the ceasefire as an encouraging step toward reducing tensions in the Middle East. The statement expressed hope that all parties would respect the truce to promote lasting peace and stability in the region and use this opportunity to work toward a permanent and sustainable solution.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also thanked all parties involved in supporting diplomatic efforts to implement the ceasefire. Bangladesh reiterated its belief that disputes can and should be resolved peacefully through dialogue and diplomacy.
