Dhaka, Jan 10 (V7N) — The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has launched an election steering office and call center in the capital’s Gulshan area to strengthen central coordination, campaign management, and organizational communication ahead of the 13th National Parliament elections.
The office was inaugurated on Saturday afternoon at Road No. 90, Gulshan-2, by BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
BNP Standing Committee member Selima Rahman and members of the party’s election steering committee were present during the inauguration.
Speaking to reporters after the launch, BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said the newly opened election office would help ensure effective coordination of election activities across the country and enable quick resolution of organizational and campaign-related issues through the use of technology.
He added that a dedicated call center with the number 16543 has also been launched and will remain available round the clock to provide assistance related to the party’s election activities.
BNP leaders said the initiative aims to enhance communication between the party’s central leadership and grassroots-level organizers during the election period.
