Dhaka, Dec 27 (V7N)- BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman visited the grave of his younger brother Arafat Rahman Koko at Banani Graveyard on Saturday afternoon.

He arrived at the graveyard after 1:30 pm and stood beside Koko’s grave for some time before offering prayers.

Following this, Tarique Rahman proceeded to the Banani Military Graveyard, where he paid respects at the grave of his father-in-law, former minister and Navy Chief Rear Admiral Mahbub Ali Khan. He also visited other graves within the military graveyard, standing in silent tribute.

Earlier in the day, Tarique Rahman visited the graves of national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam and Inquilab Mancha spokesperson Shaheed Sharif Osman Hadi. Afterward, he went to the Agargaon election office to complete his National Identity Card (NID) registration. Upon completing these activities, he left for the Banani graveyard.
