Rajbari, Oct 30 (V7N)- BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has condemned the replacement of the BNP’s signed page in the July Charter, calling it an unfortunate and fraudulent act. He said such actions were not expected from the commission formed by Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus.

Rizvi made the remarks while helping a blind person in the Kholabaria area of Rajbari Sadar on Thursday afternoon under the initiative ‘Amar BNP Paribas’.

He added that the public places trust in the chief advisor and the commission, but such manipulations by the commission are disappointing. Rizvi also noted that all political parties have extended their support to the interim government.

He further emphasized that the July Charter contains 48 clauses, and legalizing it requires constitutional amendments. Rizvi urged that the rights of the people should be the top priority for the government, the commission, and all political parties.
