Dhaka, Dec 27 (V7N)- Inqilab Manch has resumed its sit-in at Shahbagh intersection, demanding justice for the murder of its martyred spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi. The protest has been ongoing since Friday.

On Saturday (December 27), Inqilab Manch leaders reached Shahbagh intersection from in front of Aziz Supermarket around 12:30 pm. Earlier in the day, in connection with BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman’s visit to Osman Hadi’s grave, the activists had temporarily removed the blockade from Shahbagh intersection around 8:30 am and assembled at Aziz Supermarket.

Abdullah Al Jaber, member secretary of Inqilab Manch, announced that the protesters will not leave Shahbagh until the perpetrators of Hadi’s murder are brought to justice. Activists continued to hold their position overnight, maintaining the sit-in in protest.
