Dhaka, Dec 27 (V7N)- The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has issued a safety advisory urging all vessels, including fishing boats and trawlers, to avoid the sea area between Cox’s Bazar and Hatiya on December 29 and 30, 2025, due to planned missile firing exercises by the Bangladesh Navy.
In a press release on Saturday (December 27), the ISPR stated, “On December 29 and 30, 2025, the Bangladesh Navy will conduct missile firing in the sea area between Cox’s Bazar and Hatiya. During this time, all vessels, fishing boats, and trawlers are specifically requested to avoid the location and movement in the said area for the safety of life and property.”
The ISPR emphasized that these precautions are essential to ensure the safety of maritime activities during the military exercise.
