Bagerhat, Oct 12 (V7N) – In a dialogue session with Hindu community members in Morelganj, Bagerhat, BNP leader and prospective candidate for Morelganj-Sharankhola and Kachua constituencies, Md. Monirul Haque Farazi, emphasized that the BNP remains the ultimate refuge and trusted platform for people of all religions. He criticized Jamaat-e-Islami for misleading voters by misrepresenting the teachings of Islam and urged party activists to remain vigilant.

Farazi stated that to implement the 31-point agenda of BNP’s acting chairman, Tarique Rahman, voters must elect the party’s symbol, the sheaf of paddy. “Only then can people of all communities in the country thrive,” he added.

The dialogue session was held at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, organized by Khawlia Union BNP and presided over by Union BNP President Selim Mia. Senior Upazila BNP Vice President F.M. Shamim Ahsan served as the chief speaker.

Special guests included former District BNP Vice President Monirul Islam Khan, District BNP leader Ahidul Islam Poltu, Upazila BNP Organizational Secretary Principal Sabina Yasmin Tulu, Firoz Shah Talutdar, former Sharankhola Upazila BNP President Khan Matiar Rahman, and former Upazila Krishak Dal President Moshiur Rahman Shafik, along with other local leaders. The session was conducted by Union BNP Organizational Secretary Master Abdul Alim.

The gathering highlighted BNP’s commitment to safeguarding the rights and welfare of all religious communities while promoting awareness and vigilance among its supporters ahead of upcoming elections.
