Washington, Mar 15 (V7N) — Donald Trump, President of the United States, has expressed doubts about whether Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is still alive.

In an interview with NBC News on Saturday (March 15), Trump said, “I don’t know if Khamenei Jr. is alive or not. So far, no one has been able to provide proof of his presence.”

He added, “I hear that he is not alive. And if he is alive, then he should surrender for the sake of his country.”

The remarks come amid heightened tensions between the United States and Iran, as speculation continues regarding the condition and whereabouts of Mojtaba Khamenei following recent regional escalations.
